Shipping is free for purchases of 7,000 yen (excluding tax) or more.
* Products that are eligible for cool flights cannot be bundled with other products.
* Okinawa and products eligible for cool flights are not eligible for free shipping for 7,000 yen or more.

All listed prices of products on this site do not include tax.

A separate consumption tax ( 10 %) will be charged.

Consumption tax will be 8% for individual snacks.

Returns

Please contact us as we will support "refund / exchange" if the following conditions are met.

1. Correspondence condition

If the item is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from your order, we will respond in principle by contacting us by phone or email within 7 days after the item arrives.

2. Refund amount

We will refund the product price (tax included), shipping fee, and other expenses incurred by the customer in full.

* The return price of the product will be borne by our shop, so please send it by cash on delivery.

3. About exchange

In principle, we will respond even if you wish to exchange instead of refunding, but we may not be able to accept exchange due to the inability to arrange the same product. In that case, please note that it will be refunded.
